As a member of the first graduating class of the Northeast Leadership Academy of North Carolina State University, I am specifically trained to turnaround low performing school in Northeastern North Carolina.

June 2012 While being trained by a mentor principal, I was responsible for the performing
the daily task of an Assistant Principal.

To Algebra I & II Teacher
June 2010 I facilitate learning using different instructional strategies to deliver materials
specified by the Standard Course of Study needed to pass the End of Course Test. I collaborate with other professionals in and out of the district to incorporate the most effective best practices and teaching strategies.

To Adjunct Math Professor
May 2010 I facilitated entry-level math courses for the non-traditional community college
student. In these classes, I teach professional adults the basic math skills to be successful in college math.
